The Henley Business School Alumni Network
Over 30,000 alumni in 140 countries form the basis of a unique organisation offering global opportunities for networking and continuing education, as well as social events.
The Henley Business School alumni family includes all the alumni of the former Henley Management College and all Henley Business School graduates since 1 August 2008. University of Reading alumni who hold degrees in business, economics and related subjects from the former department of Management are also members.
Alumni e-Directory
We are aware that the existing e-directory is no longer fit for purpose and have therefore decided to suspend it while we look at the feasibility of upgrading it. In the meantime please refer to the Henley Business School LinkedIn Group.
What the network offers
The Alumni Services Office offers an ever-growing range of benefits and services, including a regular
e-Newsletter, a bi-annual publication - AlumniNews and networking opportunities through social and professional events.
In the United Kingdom the Henley Alumni Association (UK) forms the umbrella organisation for over 17,000 alumni, and works closely with Henley Business School providing support to the Careers Office, mentoring, and a wide range of Henley Business School events and activities. It is also the voice of its membership regarding the support alumni would, in their turn, like from Henley Business School.
We also support over 30 formal International Associations, which provide a great opportunity to keep up-to-date with latest thinking and to network at both business and social events. If your home country does not appear on the list, please drop us a line as there are a number of new associations which are in the process of being set up.
In the UK there are also eleven Special Interest Groups (SIGs) which are run by alumni and industry members with interests in particular sectors. Each of these aims to hold at least three meetings a year, usually in London or Henley. These are open to all alumni, members, and their guests and are becoming increasingly international.
The alumni office also helps alumni get back in touch with lost friends or to organise reunions. We can only achieve this through keeping an up-to-date database. Please don't forget to keep us informed of any changes in your details by filling in our online update details form.
